Sokoon Fragrances ships within the United States only. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Method

Due to the nature of our products, all orders are shipped via Ground service only. Perfume is classified as a flammable liquid under shipping regulations, and Ground is the only permitted delivery method for these items.

• Free shipping on all orders over $79.99
• Orders under $79.99, shipping Flat Rate $8.99

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only.

We are unable to ship to the following locations due to carrier restrictions on flammable/hazardous materials:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• U.S. Virgin Islands (and other U.S. territories)
• APO/FPO military addresses
• P.O. Boxes

If your shipping address falls into one of these categories, unfortunately, we won't be able to fulfill your order at this time. We recommend using a standard residential or business street address within the contiguous U.S.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Lost or Delayed Packages
