Return & Refund Policy
Sokoon Fragrances wants you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 14 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unopened and unused, with the original seal intact
In its original packaging, with all original tags/labels
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Perfumes that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or an incorrect item received (see below).
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (you received the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged/defective), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Packaging Your Return
Perfume bottles are fragile. Please pack your return carefully — using the original box and adequate padding — to prevent damage or leakage in transit. We are not responsible for items damaged due to insufficient packaging during return shipping, and this may affect your refund eligibility.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at sokoon.us@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's approved. If approved:
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us at sokoon.us@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, ideally with photos of the item and packaging, so we can resolve it quickly — including covering your return shipping cost.
